How do I place an order on Office & Co?

You can place an order by navigating around the site by clicking the links to the category pages. Once you’ve decided which product you want to buy, you click on the “add to shopping bag” button. The product is then added to your shopping cart. You can add additional products or remove products as you please. When ready to pay you to select the “proceed to checkout” link where you are taken to a secure page to enter your details. It’s at this stage that you will be required to register an account in order to complete your purchase. Once you complete your purchase you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email, containing your order details, which will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. You will also receive an email from our customer service department within 24 hours of you placing your order confirming receipt of your order. Customer Service will send you one final email once your order has been dispatched.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.

Can I track my order online?

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking reference number and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website. 

How much does delivery take and how much does it cost?

The cost for delivery and the estimated delivery timeline, will be clearly indicated at checkout and alongside the individual product descriptions. As a general rule, any items in stock will be dispatched within three working days of you placing your order.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can change an item. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched you will have to return the order back to and a refund will be issued. However, once you receive the order, if for any reason you are unhappy with the product, you are still eligible for a refund provided you contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your product. Please note, orders for bespoke products cannot be cancelled once placed.


How do I return an item?

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you, unfortunately, receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 48 Hours with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.

Can I track my order online?

Which size should I buy, to help with finding the right size?

Our site has a product and will have a size guide link within the product page. The size guides will contain measurements for various parts of the body (including arm length, bust size etc) and calculations used for our identified sizes. From this, you can confirm and compare for the best fit.


What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. The methods of payment are shown on the website and you will also be asked to select your preferred method of payment at the payment stage.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, we do not share any information given by you to a third party. Please read our privacy policy for more information concerning this matter.

How can I change my name and address?

You can change any of your personal details such as name or address in the Manage Account section of the website, by clicking on Edit Details. When an order is placed, you cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been dispatched.
